Shipping: Processing and Shipping times range from 5-15 business days depending on the item. (example: Made To order items) We are a team of one human and two rambunctious pups, so please be kind and patient with us while we work to bring your goodies home.
Address Changes: If by any chance the order is placed with the wrong address, the customer is responsible to reach out with 24hrs of the order’s placement with the correct address.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Besitos & Giggles is not responsible for delays due to customs.
My order is missing an Item and/or received the wrong item: No need to panic! Please fill out the form above so I can help you ASAP.
Damaged or Stolen Items: Once orders are out of my hands and processed through USPS, Besitos & Giggles is not responsible for any damages done to your package during transit or stolen merchandise. Please provide the necessary information to your local post office.
Cancellations/Refunds: Customer has 24hrs from the order’s placement to cancel any transactions.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are not acceptable at the moment, all orders are final sale.
